The trial of Abubakar Ali Peters and his company, Nadabo Energy Limited, over an alleged N1.4bn oil fraud, could not continue today, Tuesday, September 21, 2021 before Justice S.S. Ogunsanya of the Lagos State High Court, Ikeja due to the absence of the defence counsel.

The EFCC, is prosecuting Peters and his company on a 21-count charge bordering on obtaining money under false pretence, diversion of Federal Government funds and forgery.
